At 9 AM, on Saturday, June 9th, we will sell approx. 37.66 ± AC of land with building and equipment on behalf of the Sellers, Henry & Mildred Clark, Stephen & Elizabeth Clark. The property is located next to 1660 Cedar Creek Rd., Fayetteville, NC.

The property on Cedar Creek Rd. is within the city limits and has over 233 ± ft. of road frontage. This portion of the property is zoned commercial and has a building with a stove, walk-in cooler, deep fryer & other equipment.

The balance of the land is not in the city limits and is classified as agricultural and forest. The Parcel ID’s for both are 0446-70-3900 & 0446-81-2075 and will be sold as one unit.
